Diets aren't easy, but the challenge is worth it. I, due to abject poverty, am only eating a sensible lunch between 12 and 2, and dinner between 8 and 10, with plenty of water, exercise, and rest in between. It's not ideal, but, with all of the shit going on in this great country of ours, it's kind of logical. However, eating junk doesn't hurt, as long as it's sparingly and not daily. That's just me.
I'm no stranger to a good Snickers bar, or even a pint of Ben & Jerry's on occasion. It's easier to wash away the guilt of eating junk-food when you're doing some other good things, though. Green Tea is especially affordable? Maybe have a cup with your lunch.

I alternate daily between tea and coffee.
